The results highlight Dubai Government's ability to balance employee wellbeing with institutional performance, supporting the emirate's vision of creating flexible, sustainable and future-ready workplaces. The results indicate that the initiative successfully achieved its objectives without affecting workflow, operational performance or customer service standards. Enhancing work-life balanceAccording to DGHR, the flexible work model also contributed to stronger work-life balance, higher employee motivation and greater workplace engagement. Al Falasi said the department will continue developing flexible work models that reinforce Dubai Government's readiness and support its vision of building a more sustainable, agile and people-focused work environment.
