President Donald Trump on Monday declined to call for the resignation of Rep. Max Miller, R-Ohio, as he faces allegations of abusing his ex-wife and injuring their child. Miller was married to Emily Moreno, the daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, who has said he should not serve in Congress. Pressed on the matter on Monday, Trump said "it's a very sad thing. He's a good person I mean I always thought he was a very good person. Miller has refused to step aside as a candidate or step down as a sitting lawmaker.
