Mr Jones’ sexual touching and indecent assault trial resumed in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday for day two of evidence. The court has heard that some of the allegations against Mr Jones were made in the media in December 2023. He said that prior to the arrest, he heard about allegations being made about Mr Jones but did not remember reading specifics. J has told the court that Mr Jones replied “I thought it was your leg” and “well does it feel good?”. He veered to the left sharply as Mr Jones grabbed him, J told the court.
