“We all heard, ‘Help, help,'” Thomas told KTVQ. “There’s two or three people floating down the river, one hanging on to the cooler, and he wasn’t saying anything.” Three made it out, but one man was swept downstream while clinging to a cooler in a fast moving stretch of river. In this case, that way of life meant a man in the Yellowstone River got to go home.
