According to police, a failed effort was made to steal a vehicle from Pensnett Road in Brierley Hill at just after 2pm on Tuesday, July 21. Police have now released a picture of men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident and have urged anyone with information to contact them. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Anyone with information can contact us via Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, and quote 20/333674/26."
