TNM holds AGM, announces 112% profit growth

TNM plc has reported revenues of K222.9 billion and net profit after-tax of K21.27 billion for the year ended December 31 2025, representing growth of 41 percent and 112 percent, respectively.
During its 31st Annual General Meeting in Lilongwe on Friday, TNM plc declared total dividends of K7.96 billion, including a final payout of K0.23 per share.

TNM plc chief executive officer Michel Hebert called 2025 “an important year,” noting earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation increased by 48 percent while company added more than one million subscribers and TNM Mpamba mobile money users.
“Across both telecommunications and mobile money, TNM regained significant market share and moved within striking distance of market leadership,” he said in the annual report.
