Lyman is a part of a statewide working group dedicated to reducing traffic accidents involving e-bikes and e-scooters on Wisconsin roads. Even if they could ban e-bikes, Lyman said he wouldn’t want to see them outright banned due to the accessibility they offer for people who otherwise wouldn’t have transportation. Dr. Kuehnel said.
