James River Crossing, NASA Langley Research Center Flight Dynamics Research Facility and Central Lab, Virginia Dept. of Forensic Science and Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are finalists for the ENR MidAtlantic Project of the Year. ENR MidAtlantic announced its 2026 Best Projects award winners last month and industry judges have selected finalists for the region's best overall Project of the Year. To be considered, a project had to be a Best Project-level winner in an individual category.
