The Pennsylvania Department of Aging is celebrating Butler’s offices joining a list of agencies that completed an evaluation of how to improve services. The local Area Agency on Aging completed the Comprehensive Aging Performance Evaluation (CAPE) that evaluates how agencies can improve. This new tool has seen compliance scores double and even triple in some Pennsylvania counties. The total number of agencies completing the new CAPE review are now up to 30 agencies covering 41 counties and scores can be found online.
