Cumnock-based RAD Hotel Group, owned by Robert and Vivien Kyle, has premises across Ayrshire and the west of Scotland. The company's current portfolio includes Lochside House Hotel and The Royal Hotel in East Ayrshire, Fairfield and Brig O' Doon in South Ayrshire, and Seamill Hydro in North Ayrshire. RAD also recently completed the takeover of the five-star Lochgreen House Hotel in Troon from Costley Hotels. The report added: "Subsequent to the year end, in August 2025, the group disposed of the Carlton Hotel, Prestwick for a consideration significantly in excess of its carrying value.
