North Platte’s Cody Park swimming pool will close at the end of the day on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and the indoor Rec Center will close at 1 p.m. that day too. It will be the last day of the swim season at the outdoor Cody Pool. The Rec Center will close for just the afternoon due to construction. It will be open at normal hours on Wednesday, Aug. 12, the city announced Monday. Rec Center memberships will be honored on Aug. 11 at Cody Pool.
