In a move designed to assist travelers facing unexpected travel hurdles, Dominican citizens who find themselves in a Dominican airport with an expired passport due to oversight, an emergency, or unforeseen circumstances may soon be able to resolve the issue directly inside the terminal without having to forfeit their trip or leave the airport premises.
