Let's be honest;Can you imagine, 5,000 or even 500 Dominicans invading the Beach of for example Hard Rock Hotel & Resorts on the weekend ! It would be totally legal but if this happened at every Resort all the time it would be the end of Tourism in the DR.That most of the Dominicans behave like animals on their beaches is not a very beneficial factor either. This is not a Black & White Situation. Private Security will keep bugging the locals and the Government want do anything against it.
