Judge John Bristow said the animus seemed to have begun when Horvathova took umbrage at her new neighbour’s use of the communal gardens.
She was convicted by a jury on Friday (July 31) after a trial at Basildon Crown Court.
Horvathova took to shouting foul-mouthed abuse at the woman “on numerous occasions”, Judge Bristow said.
Then, on July 1 2022, she again verbally abused the woman and made the claim to have slept with her husband.
He also imposed a two-year restraining order to keep her away from the victim, and ordered her to pay the woman £500 compensation.
