The 15-year-old was charged today (August 3), with conspiracy to murder, actual bodily harm, and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. Jesse Hughes, 31, of St Thomas’ Road, Luton, has been charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm, and perverting the course of justice. Billy Cameron, 21, of Grosvenor Road, Basildon, and Brandon Walsh, 29, of Long Riding, Basildon, have both been charged with conspiracy to murder and perverting the course of justice. Leah Foley, 34, of Byrd Court, Basildon, has been charged with assisting an offender. Eleanor Warren, 30, of Willingham Gardens, Flitton, has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
