BlackRock has launched the iShares Europe Infrastructure Builders Ucits ETF, offering investors exposure to European companies expected to benefit from the region’s long-term infrastructure investment cycle. The ETF is listed on Xetra, the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam. The fund tracks the Stoxx Europe Infrastructure Builders Index, which selects companies from the Stoxx Europe AC Universal All Cap Index that generate at least 50% of their revenues from infrastructure-related activities. No regrets infrastructureThe launch comes as Europe steps up investment in infrastructure, supported by public spending, energy system upgrades and industrial modernisation, shared the asset manager. It also excludes companies involved in controversial weapons or those considered non-compliant with internationally recognised norms-based standards.
