If you’re getting an Xbox console from the UK or the EU, you may now end up paying more than you would in the US. In June, Microsoft announced it would increase Xbox prices globally on Aug. 1. While the announcement revealed console prices would go up by $100 to $150 in the US, hikes for the EU and the UK markets weren’t revealed until the updated prices went live over the weekend. As Engadget reports, the hikes are steeper for customers in Europe, with increases of £130 to £170 in the UK and €150 to €200 in the EU. Previously, the 512GB Xbox Series S cost $400 in the US, €350 in Europe, and £300 in the UK.
