Youngsters from the Lerwick Boating Club putting in a hard shift at the Skeld Regatta. Despite the questionable summer weather for the last weekend of July, it was another fantastic Skeld Regatta, hosted by Reawick and District Boating Club. The regatta weekend got off to a great start on Wednesday night with the SYRA under 21s Burra – Skeld endurance rowing race. Saturday morning saw the wind pick up, so it was with disappointment that the scheduled dippin’ lug races were cancelled.
