India's data centre sector is poised for exponential growth, with more than 250 facilities in the pipeline that are projected to generate approximately 430,000 direct and ancillary jobs by the year 2030. This major digital infrastructure expansion is expected to trigger a substantial surge in residential housing demand across major urban centres and emerging digital corridors. As per a report by The Economic Times, real estate consultant Square Yards released findings indicating that India's proposed data centre capacity of roughly 9,030 MW will require massive supporting infrastructure.
