ROCHESTER — A road rage incident devolved into threats with a box cutter, according to Olmsted County court documents. ADVERTISEMENTAccording to court documents, the victim driver merged onto Highway 14 when another car sped around her and prevented her from changing lanes. According to court documents, 26-year-old McGee slashed at the two driver's side tires on the victim's car. The woman backed away as the driver photographed and filmed the incident, according to court documents. Rochester police recovered the box cutter from McGee's car.
