Matt Baumgartner, 42, had several miniature bottles of alcohol in his SUV, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.
ADVERTISEMENTBaumgartner was arraigned Monday in State District Court on two gross misdemeanor counts of second-degree driving while impaired and a misdemeanor open bottle violation.
Both are aggravated offenses because they allegedly occurred within 10 years of a prior impaired driving incident.
MORE IN CRIME AND COURTSIt is the fourth time Baumgartner has been charged with impaired driving.
Baumgartner previously pleaded guilty to impaired driving in a 2006 case, and had another DWI charge dismissed after pleading guilty to careless driving in 2017.
