Bang Tongkumbunjong brought his passion for cooking and his family recipes from Thailand all the way to Wisconsin.
From Pad Thai plates to Drunken noodles and crab Rangoon, the food still tastes home-made with Tongkumbunjong in the kitchen Tuesday through Saturday.
"But once you have fried rice here, I would say you can't have fried rice anywhere else."
