Baltimore police homicide detectives arrested a Parkville man in connection with the death of another man who was pulled from the harbor. City fire officials told WBAL-TV 11 News that rescue crews were called around 3 p.m. Sunday for a water rescue in the 1300 block of Lancaster Street in Harbor East. Police said homicide detectives learned Britt and James Fitzsimmons, 36, of Parkville, were fighting when Fitzsimmons pushed Britt into the water as Britt retreated from Fitzsimmons. Fitzsimmons was taken into custody and taken to Central Booking, where he was charged with second-degree murder.
