A 17-year-old Edgewood boy was struck and killed Sunday on the Beltway in Baltimore County, police said. Maryland State Police said the teen was one of three passengers of a Lexus that was stopped alongside the outer loop of Interstate 695 near the Interstate 83 exit around 1:30 a.m.Police said the teen was changing a tire on the car when a Honda rear-ended the Lexus and struck the boy, killing him. The 18-year-old driver of the Lexus was taken to a hospital. The driver of the Honda stayed at the scene.
