The motorcycle then struck the driver-side rear of a legally parked 2008 Cadillac Escalade in front of The Chopping Block. The parked Escalade sustained minor damage to the driver's side along with a flat rear driver's-side tire. Members of the Pottsville Fire Department and Schuylkill EMS responded to assist at the scene. During the investigation, Stuber reportedly told officers the motorcycle was not insured and that he believed his driver's license was suspended. According to police, Stuber also admitted the registration plate displayed on the motorcycle did not belong to the vehicle.
