The arrest of a robbery suspect in Portland on Friday accused of stealing from a man during a firearm sale led officers to discover a Connecticut man allegedly dealing drugs in the city. The firearm was also allegedly stolen during the incident. That investigation led the Portland Police Department to identify a suspect and establish surveillance. During the stop, officers identified a passenger as Dominic Moncada-Sanchez, 21, of Portland, who was wanted on an arrest warrant related to the robbery. He was transported to the Cumberland County Jail, and the stolen firearm was recovered.
