The logistics real estate company Prologis is continuing to expand its services beyond selling and leasing warehouses, announcing that it has extended its partnership with Fulfillment IQ, a logistics technology and consulting firm, to offer services that help supply chain businesses adopt AI and accelerate automation. According to Prologis, the partnership addresses two of the most pressing challenges facing logistics leaders today: how to implement AI in warehouse operations and how to adopt automation as a driver of enterprise growth. The arrangement builds on Prologis previous investment in Atlanta-based Fulfillment IQ. To reach those goals, the partners say the tie-up combines Fulfillment IQ’s domain expertise with Prologis' global scale—a 1.3 billion square foot portfolio across 20 countries and 6,500 customers. “This partnership with Prologis gives us the scale and reach to turn that conviction into products that transform how the industry operates."
