Essex Highways' traffic control update says all traffic has been held on the M11 heading towards London between junction 7 for Harlow and junction 6 for the M25. AA's traffic maps state this is due to a crash. This is causing severe delays which are increasing London-bound with an average speed of five miles per hour reported.
