PICTURE: BRIAN LINCOLNMore than 6,000 people took part in the annual Féile an Phobail Carnival Parade as crowds gathered along the Falls Road to watch the colourful procession. Organisers said the record attendance made it the biggest carnival parade in the festival’s history, with spectators lining the streets of west Belfast in the sunshine. The parade was led by Belfast Mayor Róis Máire Donnelly and West Belfast MP Paul Maskey. The Féile an Phobail Carnival Parade makes its way from Dunville Park to Spórtlann na hÉireann in west Belfast.
