Wheelchair racer Melanie Woods was named the outstanding athlete of Glasgow 2026 after claiming two gold medals on home soil.
Despite losing a gold medal she believed she had already secured, Ms Woods accepted the decision and remained respectful towards her competitors, officials and the appeals process.
