Scottish Borders Council has approved an application for the change of use of Selkirk Camera Club Meeting Rooms at 64 High Street into a dwelling house.
The site is located within the Selkirk Conservation Area boundary.
The rooms are part of a traditional Victorian terraced building formed from parts of two former townhouses.
