The operations of Natural State Title in Springdale have transitioned to Attorney’s Title Group, a Little Rock-based full-service real estate settlement services provider. The Springdale office, formerly Natural State Title, is the third location of Attorney’s Title Group in Northwest Arkansas. Victor Velazquez, former owner of Natural State Title, and its employees have joined Attorney’s Title Group. “Victor and his team have built an outstanding reputation in Springdale and the surrounding area,” said Robbie Wilson, managing partner of Attorney’s Title Group. Attorneys of Wilson & Associates formed Attorney’s Title Group in 2013.
