Philadelphia City Hall To Screen ‘1776 Seconds’ Film Highlighting Summer Festival Events

The city's celebrations will be part of a new film, 1776 Seconds: Philadelphia Illuminated.
The 29-minute reel (1,776 seconds) weaves footage from events such as the ODUNDE Festival and the Lancaster Avenue Jazz and Arts Festival.
Produced by Creative Philadelphia, the film screening will be preceded at 6 p.m. with a public art scavenger hunt and other activities.
The formal program will begin at 7:30 p.m. with remarks from Philadelphia city officials, followed by the film screening at 9 p.m. after sunset.
Streets on the north side of City Hall will close to traffic for the event, including JFK Boulevard between East and West Market and North Broad from City Hall to Arch Street.
