Hampshire remains under the alert from 9am on Monday until 9am on Wednesday, August 5.
The warning covers health, social care, and some other sectors and was issued by the UK Health Security Agency due to ongoing high temperatures.
A spokesperson for Hampshire County Council said: "Please take extra care during this period.
A spokesperson for the UK Health Security Agency said: "Significant impacts are likely across health and social care services due to the high temperatures, including a rise in deaths, particularly among those aged 65 and over or with health conditions.
They added that demand on care services is also likely to rise, and indoor temperatures in care settings may exceed the recommended threshold for clinical risk assessment.
