A woman walking her dog found a man who was fatally shot in the head Monday morning in Van Nuys. Shell casings were found at the scene after officers responded at about 2 a.m. to the residential neighborhood location near Murrieta and Hazeltine avenues, east of Van Nuys Boulevard.
