A495 road reopens after collision caused morning closure

Dyfed-Powys Police first reported the incident shortly before 5.30am on August 3, warning drivers that the A495 between Pencaedu and Mathrafal was closed due to a collision and urging motorists to find alternative routes.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix said the road was shut in both directions at Llangyniew between the B4389 and B4382.
Inrix also reported that traffic conditions had returned to normal.
At 10.50am, the traffic service said: "A495 both ways re-opened, traffic returned to normal, accident cleared from the B4389 to the B4382."
There has been no further information released about the nature of the collision.
