The A4159 between Bow St and Capel Dewi, which runs from the A487 between Aberystwyth and Machynlleth, is shut, Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed. A statement posted on social media read: "The road is currently closed due to road traffic collision. "Please avoid the area and find alternative routes for your journey." The alert was issued at 5.41pm.
