Now police officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following a report of "outraging public decency". It was reported that at around 5pm on Friday, July 24, a man was seen apparently performing an indecent act in a bush on Madeira Road, next to the underpass that leads to Dean Park Road. He was wearing a black and red motorcycle helmet with white on the back, a black quarter-zip top, skinny dark blue jeans and black shoes.
