Cllr George Connolly has pledged to raise funds and awareness for the MND Association throughout his year in office, helping support people living with MND and their families across the region. Speaking about his charity partnership, George said: "I am incredibly proud to support the MND Association during my year as chairman. Funds raised during Cllr Connolly's year as chairman will support the work of the Hereford & Worcester MND Association Group. Emma Butler, relationship fundraiser for the MND Association in the West Midlands South, said: "We are extremely grateful to George for choosing to support the MND Association during his year as chairman. The MND Association is committed to improving access to care, funding world-class research and campaigning to improve the lives of everyone affected by MND.
