Toms River, N.J. — An Atlantic City woman is facing fraud charges after investigators say she deposited four fraudulent checks into a bank account and then withdrew $4,500 she wasn't entitled to.
59-year-old Shiela Harvey surrendered to Little Egg Harbor Township Police on July 28th and was charged with two counts of theft by deception, four counts of forgery, and four counts of bad checks.
