ALBION, N.Y. — A 22-year-old man is facing charges after Albion Police say he threw a Molotov cocktail at the home of an ex over the weekend. They say the texts included threats to harm the victim and set her apartment on fire with a Molotov cocktail. At around 4 a.m., an Albion K9 Officer responded to the victim’s apartment to continue the investigation. Police also say they later discovered a Molotov cocktail at the rear of the victim’s apartment that had been ignited and thrown at the building. Police say the Molotov cocktail burned itself out before they got there, but they did see some fire damage to the complex.
