The Polo Ridge tiny house, available on the RRC Athens (Park Model Dealer) website, is built around the same philosophy. The living room is outfitted with large windows that keep the room bright and open. Similar to other park models built by RRC Athens, the Polo Ridge tiny house relies on a standard RV-style hookup for water and electricity needs. We are not yet familiar with the price of the tiny house, but this should cost $80K upwards, for sure.
