Under this plan, our state's water allocation would drop from 300,000 acre-feet down to 250,000 acre-feet.
Governor Lombardo made his frustration clear in a written statement.
“If carried forward, the plan outlined in the FEIS could have devastating economic and environmental impacts on Nevada,” Lombardo said.
The Southern Nevada Water Authority backed him up.
