In the trading session after the results were announced, Skyworks’ shares declined by 5.4% to $61.19 and a $9.2 billion market cap. Analysts are projecting Skyworks’ fiscal 2026 sales will drop 4% to $3.92 billion, which would be its fourth consecutive yearly decline. The combination with Qorvo will provide an estimated $7.7 billion in annual revenue and adjusted yearly profit of $2.1 billion, Skyworks said. Since the deal was announced, Skyworks’ share price has dropped about 24% while Qorvo’s has declined 8.1% in the same period. Qorvo CEO Bob Bruggeworth will be joining the board of the combined company.
