By examining searches for more than 500 keywords relating to missing parcels, the research found that Ely residents made an average of 647.21 related searches per 100,000 people each month.
The most common search was “Royal Mail missing parcel,” averaging nearly 7,000 searches per month nationally.
Ely has been ranked among the UK’s top 10 hotspots for missing parcels, according to new data revealed this week.

Despite these concerns, other couriers are also frequently mentioned in search queries about missing parcels.
