FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Goodwill North Central Texas announced today that its Goodwill Outlet, located at 2452 Mansfield Highway in Fort Worth, will host a Teacher Surplus Sale on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. During the event, items will be sold for just 99¢ per pound to educators with a valid ID.
“This event has become a favorite for both our team and the educators we serve,” said Rosemary Cruz, Vice President of Retail Sales and Donated Goods at Goodwill North Central Texas.
The Goodwill Outlet, which opened in 2013, offers merchandise that didn’t sell during a five-week cycle in a Fort Worth-area Goodwill retail store or was deemed unsellable through traditional methods.
