Postal Service worker from Hollywood, is accused of stealing a woman’s winning lottery ticket valued at $2,600 from the mail and cashing it in at a South Florida lottery office, according to Florida Lottery officials. She was arrested on July 23 following an investigation conducted by special agents from the Florida Lottery and the U.S. Chelsea Owens, Florida Lottery press secretary, confirmed in an email that she will face charges in both Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
