A large tree appeared to split and fall on a Gramercy roadway Monday morning, blocking the roadway as rain pounded the city.
A large tree appeared to split and fall on a Gramercy roadway Monday morning, blocking the roadway as rain pounded the city.
According to FDNY sources, the tree collapsed just before 10 a.m. on East 18th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues.
While no injuries were reported, the large tree blocked the roadway and left branches scattered over nearby parked cars.
