New Castle - Elsie (Ersilia) DeRosa Pallott, age 99, of New Castle, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 30, 2026, while surrounded by family at Jameson Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born July 11, 1927, Elsie was a daughter of the late Angelo and Antoinetta (Tesone) DeRosa. She married the love of her life, Joseph Pallott, when he returned from WWII. She is survived by her three daughters, Deborah P. Memo (David), Pamela J. Harlan (Tim) and Marcia L. Pallott; three grandchildren, David J.
