FERRONOUX Holdings, Inc. has revised its planned property-for-share swap with Eagle I Landholdings, Inc., reducing the transaction to a single 33,077-square-meter (sq.m.) In a regulatory filing on Monday, the listed company said the revised transaction supersedes the property-for-share swap approved by its board in December 2024 and by shareholders in March 2025. Ferronoux said its board approved the revised transaction during a special meeting on Aug. 3. Under the revised agreement, Ferronoux will acquire a 33,077-sq.m. The Philippine Stock Exchange imposed a one-hour trading halt on Ferronoux shares from 10:35 a.m. to 11:35 a.m. on Monday following the disclosure.
